Note: The reason this blog started so late is because the Garden had a problem with their internet connection and it wasn't fixed until now.
9:11- currently a time out. its 2-2 in the third with 13+ to go and the fans are starting to get loud again. First period was crazy, second not so much. Bruins really took their foot off the gas there in the second. I think they got a little too comfortable. The hustle in the first period was great. Bergeron was on his stomache diving for pucks more than anyone I've seen.
9:18- Bruins get another power play chance. Currently 0-3 tonight, so they're due. With under 10 minutes left in the game... the time is now. It needs to be louder in here. Drop Kick Murphys are on over the speakers... where's Papelbon at?
9:21- Bruins get screwed by the crossbar.... no problem. Chara comes through with a monster slap shot that would have taken the head off of a Spartan. Thats Charas 7th point of the season against the Canadiens, his fourth goal. WOOOO!
9:24- nothing like a goal to wake up the crowd. Also, to whoever is sitting in the section under me... I can smell the weed.
9:32- Compared to last year, there are barely any canadiens fans here. This team has won over a lot of Bostonians, deservingly so. Habs fans can't get tix to these games like they could last year thats for sure.
9:35- theres one minutes left. I'm closing up shot and heading to the locker room. Check back later for player reaction and everything else that press passes let you have access to.
